Public Spaces

Between the years 2012 to 2015, architect Andrés Schulman is hired by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires to serve as a Project Consultant at the Maintenance Subsecretariat of the Ministry of Public Space. Among the projects developed by the Subsecretariat, stands out the Parque Lezama Enhancement Plan (National Historic Monument) and the Parque Indoamericano Comprehensive Enhancement Plan, which is considered the largest green space reserve in the southern area of the city, due to its size.

At SCHULMAN we believe it is essential to restore the connection between people and public spaces as the natural meeting place for seniors, adults, and children. We believe that everyone, with our own differences, has the same rights and aspirations to build a better individual and collective future. In that sense, we work on our projects to transform rigid and hard spaces into green, flexible, and inclusive spaces.
