Colón Theatre

Located in the City of Buenos Aires, the Colon Theatre was opened in 1908 and has earned worldwide reputation for its history and its architecture. According to experts, the outstanding acoustic quality of its main hall is considered the best of the world to host opera, concerts and ballet performances.

Between the years 2005 to 2010, architect Andrés Schulman is hired by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires to serve as Project Manager for the Work Plan for the Heritage Restoration, Enhancement and Technological Update of the Teatro Colón. The theatre reopened in the year 2010.
